Support Policy

Effective May 24, 2026.

1. Included support

Included support covers trial activation, paid license activation, installation questions, basic driver guidance, DBC import/export questions, scenario workflow questions, and reproducible simCAN software issues.

2. Not included

  • Custom scenario engineering or test plan design.
  • On-site integration, vehicle testing, or regulatory validation.
  • Debugging third-party hardware, firmware, or CAN network faults beyond reasonable setup guidance.
  • Guarantees that a specific adapter, harness, DBC, or bench system will work.

3. Response target

Email support target is two business days when practical. No guaranteed response time is provided unless a separate support agreement is purchased.

4. Support contact

Email support requests to support@simulatedsignals.com. Include your order email, Machine ID, Windows version, adapter model, selected interface, and screenshots or logs when available.
